A1 Smog Test Center

I was able to get my car smogged quickly even tho the tech, Brian, had 2 vehicles ahead of me. I will go back when I need a smog test again.

It was empty when I pulled up during the Argentina vs Cabo Verde game, so I was serviced right away. The older gentleman there was fast, I think I waited maybe 10-20 tops while the whole thing was done. For $50 and ~15m wait, I'd recommend.

Unbelievably rude and unprofessional. The technician (an older gent who claimed he was the owner) stayed on his phone the entire time, completely ignored my presence when I arrived, and even tried to skip me for another customer. The worst part was when he took my keys. I told him twice not to roll down the window because it's broken and won't roll back up. He dismissed me, waved his hand in my face, and pushed the window button anyway. When I called him out, he started yelling at me, saying it wasn't his problem. Another customer waiting confirmed he had been rude to them and the customer before them too. Save yourself the headache I left and went to Beach Cities Smog and I'm glad I did they actually know how to treat people with respect.

Jose was awesome. I showed up 20 minutes before he closes the shop. He didn't hesitate and ran the smog check. He was very professional.

I went to three other mechanics and nobody could get my Acura to pass smog, everyone thought it was the drive cycle. Sako properly diagnosed and had my car passing smog in less than 48 hours. A1 is simlply....A1.
